I’m not the kind of coach who just cheers you on while your business quietly burns out. I help business owners get brutally honest about what’s working, what’s not, and how to fix it, with strategy backed by numbers, not just good intentions.
The Backstory
I’m a successful serial entrepreneur who’s lived the full business bingo card: I’ve built, owned, and sold brick-and-mortar businesses (the kind with actual keys, leases, and surprise plumbing issues). I’ve also run six-figure businesses out of my home, while navigating life, laundry, and kids.
After learning the hard way that burnout isn’t a badge of honor, I flipped the script. Now I help other business owners stop drowning in overwhelm and uncertainty, and start building profitable, peaceful businesses with real systems, strategy, actual paychecks.

Outside of business? I’m a mom of four boys (yes, it’s as loud as it sounds), a lifelong book nerd, and an unapologetic thrift store shopper with a soft spot for vibrant and weird dishes.
We moved to Kentucky sight unseen, because when I decide to do something, I’m doing it. I believe in showing up fully, laughing often, and finding magic in the first sip of coffee, and secondhand stores.
